Irene Estrada joined HOPE in Winter 2025, serving as our Compliance Consultant to support and maintain compliance with official requirements of affordable housing. Irene also protects HOPE’s residents by ensuring they have the support they need to continue access to affordable housing, maintains annual reporting to various government agencies, and supports with inspections to make sure HOPE homes are in the best shape possible. Irene brings extensive experience and expertise in compliance from her previous work with property management companies serving the South Bay, and loves to spend her free time with her family - especially when setting up her mountainside cabin.
