Meet Our Team

LaNair Slaughter joined HOPE through its partnership with Trillium Property Management in the summer of 2025. In her role, she supports residents with annual recertification compliance, helping ensure individuals and families have access to the resources, guidance, and support needed to maintain housing stability and achieve long-term success. With more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning both nonprofit and private-sector organizations, LaNair has built a career dedicated to empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and advancing services for people with developmental disabilities and other underserved populations. Her expertise includes operations management, program development, compliance oversight, resident services, and community engagement.

LaNair earned her Bachelor of General Studies from Southern Utah University and is completing her Master of Arts in Nonprofit Management, with an anticipated graduation date of Summer 2026. Her professional approach is grounded in servant leadership, compassion, and a commitment to creating meaningful, lasting impact. Driven by a passion for service and community transformation, LaNair lives by the motto, “I live to serve, and I serve to live.” Through her work, she advances HOPE’s mission by building trust-based relationships, fostering dignity and stability, and helping create pathways of opportunity and hope for those she serves.
