Meet Our Team

“As a mother of children with I/DD, I think about my own children in the work I do. I want every HOPE home to receive the same care, thought, and integrity I would want for my own family. That is what makes this work meaningful to me.”

Rosie Meza

Manager of Resident Experience and Homes

Rosie brings 20 years of experience working across housing, construction, compliance, and community-based programs. Her work has included overseeing construction projects and ensuring homes are built and maintained with quality and long-term sustainability in mind. She enjoys working closely with construction professionals and city and county partners to find practical solutions and achieve successful outcomes. She believes good affordable housing development is about more than buildings and regulations—it is about creating a place where people can feel safe, respected, and at home.

As a parent of children with special needs, Rosie also understands personally how important it is for HOPE residents and their families to feel heard and supported. That firsthand experience has shaped the way she approaches her work—with patience, advocacy, accountability, and genuine care for the HOPE residents she serves.

Rosie is proud to be part of the HOPE team and to contribute to lasting impact. She believes that when we take care of our homes, we are also taking care of the people who call them home.
