ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Receive Regional Center Services and be eligible for a Regional Center rental subsidy

  • Very Low Income: Earn below 50% of area median income (AMI)

  • Over 18 years of age or emancipated youth

  • US Citizen or Documented Resident

  • * Please note that you will have to provide proof of income during your eligibility determination for HOPE housing.

How to submit your application

  1. Download the application PDF.

  2. Fill it out and save the completed file.

  3. Email the saved PDF as an attachment to applications@hope-inc.net. Include the name of the property you’re applying for in your email.

If you’re helping someone apply, you can follow these same steps and email the completed application for them.
