Rent Instructions

Rent is due on the first of each month. Please make personal checks, cashier's checks, or money orders payable to Home Ownership for Personal Empowerment, Inc. and mail the rent to the address P.O. Box 80719, City of Industry, CA 91716-8415. Include your name/provider's name and address.

Maintenance Request Instructions

HOPE, Inc. managed Independent Homes:

For standard maintenance requests, call the HOPE Phone Line at (877) 311-4673 and dial Extension 1 for Tenant Relations or you can email help@hope-homes.org. Inform them that you have a maintenance issue. This line will be used only Monday-Friday between 9 AM – 5 PM. For standard maintenance issues, please expect a 24-48 hour response time. When placing a service request, it is important you state that you are calling from a HOPE Inc. property, the contact’s full name, property address, and phone number.
